After attending Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina, Terry began his culinary career at the Four Square Restaurant in Durham, North Carolina. The next stop on his culinary tour was as a cook at Charlie Trotter's
restaurant in Chicago. He then moved south to Florida in 2002 where he worked at the Ritz Carlton Hotel for two years. Chef Terry then became the Sous Chef at Bistro Bisou in Miami followed by a Sous Chef position at fine dining restaurant in Miami Beach.

After several years in the restaurant industry, Terry worked as a private chef and caterer creating a variety of menus that ranged from kosher to vegetarian to diabetic to macrobiotic. In 2011, Chef Terry began working in the yachting
industry. Since then, he's traveled the world, logged countless sea miles, and gained invaluable experience professionally preparing unforgettable meals.

He’s worked on vessels such as M/Y NEVER ENOUGH, M/Y TEMPTATION, M/Y JUST ENOUGH and currently aboard M/Y LIMITLESS and is eager to provide an exceptional culinary experience for the guests.

Ellie grew up in The New Forest, on the south coast of England, where she spent her childhood riding horses, going to the beach and making tree houses. She always loved playing team sports, running, and competing in long-distance horse competitions.

She worked in hospitality for five years before yachting, including two years in boutique hotels in Cornwall, UK. Her roles were bartending, front of house, and housekeeping which gave her a brilliant grounding in guest service and high standards.

She started yachting in 2023 after finding out about the industry from a friend. It felt like a great fit for her, combining travel, high-end hospitality, and meeting new people. She began on a private yacht, before moving onto a busy charter boat for the next two years, cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

She has worked on private and charter vessels such as M/Y EVELYN P, M/Y HOLDIN’ MY OWN, and currently the Sole Stewardess onboard M/Y LIMITLESS working alongside her partner Connor, who is the Mate. She’s the interior wizard of cocktails and cabins and making those memories into great ones. She’s organized, attentive, and loves making guests feel at home onboard. Ellie enjoys keeping the interior running smoothly, creating a fun yet relaxed atmosphere and bringing a good sense of humor to busy days.

Ellie wants guests to feel as if they have stepped into their own little paradise - thoughtful gestures, beautiful food and new, exciting cocktails, topped-up glasses and no real decisions to make beyond what cocktail to drink next, or when to vacate the lounger for the ocean.

Athens are her favorite charter destination, because of the Greek archaeology and rooftop bars overlooking them at night. That said, the water in the Bahamas is hard to beat with its sandbars and crystal-clear water, with the chance to spot stingrays, starfish and nurse sharks. Outside of yachting her favorite place is anywhere with a flowing creek she can cold plunge into!

Ellie loves to hike, attempts any new sport her friends are into, cold plunges, scrapbooking, reading and baking. But her greatest passion is horse riding and the bond that comes with owning a horse.

Connor grew up in Dana Point, a beach town in Southern California. He competed in swimming and cross-country throughout high school. After graduating, he bought a van and a sailboat, taught himself to sail, and spent years traveling the California coast on surf trips while camping throughout the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Before joining the yachting industry, Connor worked a variety of jobs, at one point holding 4 jobs at the same time. He worked as an Orange County beach lifeguard, kids' surf instructor, in hospitality, and as a restaurant server.

He’s worked on both private and charter yachts, including M/Y NOW OR NEVER, M/Y AT LAST, M/Y BG, M/Y TURQUOISE, and currently a Mate aboard M/Y LIMITLESS.

The majority of Connor’s cruising experience has been between the small fishing villages of Andros to the popular islands of the Exumas. His favorite spot in the Bahamas is definitely Little Pipe Cay. Outside of yachting his favorite place is San Cristóbal De las Casas in the mountains of southern Mexico. It’s a small town surrounded by mountains with good food and affordable lifestyle.

The greatest asset he brings to the LIMITLESS program is genuine enthusiasm for his work. Working alongside his partner Ellie, the Stewardess onboard, they make a strong team, combining their skills, positive energy, and dedication to create amazing guest experiences. And as he likes to say, "Everything else can be fixed with ChatGPT." His goal is for every guest to completely switch off and enjoy their time onboard, with their only decisions being what to eat, what to drink, and where to swim.

He hopes to build a long-term career and life out of yachting. He plans to use his earnings to continue investing in real estate, as his retirement plan.

In his spare time, he enjoys freediving, surfing, and browsing Zillow. His greatest passion is adventure.
