About M/Y SUNSET

Australian-born with Italian soul, Michael grew up in the kitchens of his family's Italian restaurant, where a love of generous, produce-led cooking was second nature long before it was a career. That heritage shows in everything he plates, effortless, flavour-first food with genuine warmth behind it.
Before bringing his talents on board, Michael built and ran his own events company as owner-operator, mastering the art of seamless service at scale and the kind of effortless hospitality that defines a memorable occasion. A lifelong passion for the water makes the move to yachting a natural one, there's nowhere he'd rather cook than at sea.
Whether it's a relaxed lunch on the aft deck or a celebration dinner under the stars, Michael brings Italian heart, professional polish, and an easy charm that guests remember long after they step ashore.
