Her extensive career, spanning both Chief Stewardess and Second Stewardess positions, has given her a deep understanding of the art of luxury service and the seamless coordination required to deliver an exceptional charter experience. From elegant table settings and impeccable silver service to beautifully presented cabins and bespoke guest events, Anna ensures that every detail is executed with care and precision.

As the engineering mastermind behind Brooklyn's impeccable performance, Chief Engineer Dimitris ensures that every journey runs with precision, reliability and complete peace of mind! With over 25 years of experience across commercial shipping, high-speed ferries and commercial yachts, he brings a remarkable combination of technical expertise, practical knowledge and unwavering dedication to excellence.

His distinguished career has taken him from the engine rooms of massive container ships and bulk carriers of up to 209,000 GT to the world of private yachting, where attention to detail is paramount. Having worked extensively with leading propulsion systems including MAN B&W, Wärtsilä, and MTU, Dimitris possesses an exceptional understanding of the complex technology that powers vessels of every size.

Adding to his impressive maritime credentials, he successfully owned and operated a yacht repair and refit company in Lefkada for more than a decade.

A graduate of the Hellenic Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and holder of a Chief Engineer Unlimited License, Dimitris combines technical excellence with a calm, dependable presence that inspires confidence among guests and crew alike.

Bringing creativity, passion and inspiration to every meal, Chef Elli transforms dining on board into an unforgettable experience. Trained professionally in Greece and refined through years of working in some of the most celebrated kitchens, she combines exceptional technical skill with a warm and intuitive approach to hospitality.

Her remarkable culinary journey has led her through prestigious luxury destinations, including Danai Beach Resort and Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens, as well as internationally acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants such as La Dame de Pic in London and Lurra in Kyoto. She also honed her craft at the legendary Noma in Copenhagen, widely recognized as one of the most influential restaurants in the world. These experiences have shaped a distinctive culinary style that effortlessly blends Mediterranean heritage with contemporary global influences.

Having gained valuable experience aboard yachts including M/Y Adora, M/Y Astarte, and M/Y Condor A, Fotini has developed a strong foundation in luxury guest service. From immaculate cabin presentation and housekeeping to laundry care, room preparation, and food and beverage service, she approaches every task with professionalism, pride, and a commitment to excellence.

What sets Fotini apart is her unique and diverse professional background. Before embarking on a career at sea, she spent more than twenty years as a successful accountant and tax consultant. This experience cultivated exceptional organisational skills, reliability, and an extraordinary eye for detail, qualities that seamlessly translate into the world of luxury hospitality.
