George is an experienced deckhand with nearly a decade of progressive yachting experience aboard private and charter motor yachts ranging from 25m to 82m. Most recently, he served as Bosun on the 50m M/Y Marla and the 47m M/Y Eden, building on previous bosun and deckhand roles aboard yachts including the 82m M/Y O’Mega, the 55m M/Y Rare Find, and the 42m M/Y Endless Summer.

Beyond his deck expertise, George brings a particularly valuable set of additional qualifications to the charter experience. He is a certified Diving Instructor with the SSI organization, a licensed water ski instructor, and a professional lifeguard — meaning guests onboard M/Y Wet Panther benefit from genuine, qualified tuition across the watersports program rather than simply being equipped and supervised. He is also a Speed Boat Operator and a fluent tender driver.

St Jurey is an international, English-speaking professional joining the M/Y Wet Panther crew with a maritime education and a strong service-oriented background. A graduate of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation, he combines formal maritime training — including Crowd and Crisis Management certification for passenger vessels — with a disciplined, detail-driven approach to his work.

His professional background spans high-precision quality control at Samsung SDI in Hungary, where he developed exacting standards for documentation, inspection, and operational consistency, alongside private transportation and hospitality service roles where discretion and proactive guest care were paramount. This combination of technical precision and service-focused experience gives him a distinctive foundation as he steps into the yachting environment.

Georgios is an accomplished Greek chef with over a decade of culinary experience spanning fine dining restaurants, boutique hotels, and luxury yachts of every size. A graduate of IEK AKMI with a Culinary Arts Degree, he also holds Food Hygiene Level 3 certification and has built his craft through a deliberate progression — from early training in respected Greek kitchens such as Kyrimai Hotel in Mani and Apostolata Resort in Kefalonia, through seasons as Cook B at Magikes Katsaroles in Athens and Antiparos, to the demanding rhythm of full-time yacht galleys.

His yachting career reflects a steady climb through increasingly prestigious vessels. After two charter seasons as Chef aboard the sailing catamarans S/Y Nomad II and S/Y Sea Energy, Georgios stepped into Sole Chef roles on the 30m M/Y Martina and the 27m M/Y Legend, where he ran the galley independently across busy charter programs. Most recently, he spent over two years as Sous Chef aboard the 106m M/Y Dream, operating within a large private galley brigade and refining his technique alongside senior chefs at the highest end of the industry. This blend of solo command and large-yacht discipline gives him both the confidence to run a galley single-handed and the polish that comes from extended exposure to ultra-luxury standards.

Onboard M/Y Wet Panther, Georgios brings a menu philosophy rooted in the ingredients and traditions of the Greek islands, elevated with modern technique and tailored to each charter’s preferences. Whether preparing an intimate dinner at anchor in a secluded Cycladic bay or a refined lunch service underway, he approaches every meal with the same calm, meticulous focus. Confident and composed under pressure, Georgios is a chef who listens closely to guests and delivers a dining experience that feels personal, authentic, and memorable.

Athanasios is a highly experienced Greek marine engineer with nearly two decades of service across a remarkably diverse fleet — from motor tankers and tug boats to passenger ferries, international cruise ships, and luxury motor yachts. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Crete, he has built his career through demanding commercial environments where reliability and technical precision are non-negotiable.

His Chief Engineer postings include the ferry boats Kato Nisi, Georgios, and Aleksandros M, the tug boat Panagia, and most recently the motor yacht M/Y Reboot, where he served from 2021 to 2024. He has also gained valuable international experience as 3rd Engineer aboard the cruise ships Celebrity Eclipse and Mein Schiff 2, broadening his exposure to large-scale guest operations and high-standard engineering environments.

Onboard M/Y Wet Panther, Athanasios brings a calm, methodical approach to engine room operations, with comprehensive certifications spanning rescue and firefighting, tanker safety, ISPS ship security, and Ro-Ro passenger operations. His combined commercial discipline and yachting experience make him a steady and dependable presence in the engineering team.
