Prior to entering the yachting industry, Larisa built an extensive career in customer-facing roles, including hospitality, administration, and education. Her experience as a bartender, receptionist, office administrator, and teacher has equipped her with outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, she has a natural ability to understand guests' needs, anticipate requests, and deliver thoughtful, personalized service with discretion and care.
